Reducing the Original
When transmitting an original of B4 size or larger, set whether the
destination receives it reduced in size.
Set the original in the paper feed tray or on the glass.
Press the [FAX/SCAN] key.
Touch [QUALITY&REDUCTION].
Touch [REDUCTION/AREA], then
touch [REDUCTION].
When you selected the [SCAN
AREA] key, see "Designating the
Scan Range for the Original" on
page 6-36.
Touch [AUTO SIZE] or [NO
REDUCTION].
