Placing a Telephone Call with the Telephone Receiver Hung Up


Press the [FAX/SCAN] key.

Touch [ON-HOOKDIAL].

Designate the destination.
H Designation using the One-
touch keys (See page 6-30).
H Performing dial transmission
(See page 6-11).
H
Designation using the fax
program (See page 6-33).
The ringing sound is audible from the monitor speaker.

Pick up the telephone receiver when the destinations voice is heard..

When done talking, hang up the telephone receiver.

Receiving Telephone Calls

You must set it for receiving manually.
See page 6-59 for how to set up manual receiving.

Pick up the telephone receiver upon hearing a ring.

When done talking, hang up the telephone receiver.
