Step 9: The VLAN ID for the selected VLAN is displayed in the VLAN ID field.
This is not editable.
Step 10: Enable/Disable the STP Flag by selecting Enable/Disable option from
the STP Enable Flag drop down list.

Enable enables Spanning Tree parameters - Forward Time, Max Age, Hello Time
and Priority fields. Enter the values in the respective fields. An option to edit the
STP parameters is also enabled.
i.
Forward Time - Enter the forward time in the range 4 - 30 seconds. Default is
15 seconds.
ii. Max Age - Enter the max age value in the range 6 - 40 seconds. Default is 20
seconds.
iii. Hello Time - Enter the value in the range 1- 10 seconds. Default is 2 seconds.
iv. Priority - Enter the bridge priority in the range 0 - 65535. Default is 32768.

Selecting Disable option disables the Forward Time, Max Age, Hello Time and
Priority fields. Also, the option to edit the STP parameters is disabled.
Step 11: Configure the switch port parameters. These are configured on per port
basis.

Click Edit link under Action column against the switch port whose state, priority,
and cost parameters are to be configured.

Configure the required value in the respective fields.
