Convenient functions for receive (continued)
• DSP noise reduction (p. 79)
➥ Push [NR/LEV] to turn the DSP noise reduction
ON or OFF.

➥ Hold down [NR/LEV] for 1 second to enter the
noise reduction level Set mode, then rotate
[DIAL] to adjust the DSP noise reduction level.
• Manual notch filter (pp. 80, 81)
➥ Push [MNF/ADJ] to turn the manual notch filter
ON or OFF.
• " " appears when the manual notch filter is set to
ON.
➥ Hold down [MNF/ADJ] for 1 second to enter the
manual notch filter Set mode.

push [F-4 NW] to set the filter width, rotate [DIAL] to
