· Check the detail code of E000 in service mode (COPIER>DISPLAY>ERR).
a. E020=xx00, xx10, xx11, xx12, xx13, xx14, xx15, xx16, xx17, xx20, xx21, xx22, xx23, xx24,
xx30, xx31, xx33, xx34, xx40, xx41
(The first two digits indicate color; e.g., xx=01 is Y, 02 is M, 03 is C, 04 is Bk).

Step Checks
1 Is the setting of
COPIER>DISPLAY>DENS in
service mode the same as that on
the service label?
2 Execute STIR for the color for
which E020 is indicated using
service mode
(COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL).
Is the problem corrected?
3 Replace the developer for the color
for which E020 is indicated, and
execute
COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>
INIT in service mode.
4 Is the connection of and wiring
between the following connectors
normal?
