III. SCHEDULED SERVICING CHART
Note:
1. As a rule, provide scheduled servicing every 20,000 copies. (For high humidity, 15,000.)
2. Before setting out for a visit, check the service book, and take replacement parts as needed.

Make test copies in Direct,
Reduce, and Enlarge.
Provide scheduled
servicing according to the
number of copies made.

Clean soiled areas inside
the copier.

Check waste toner/fixing
oil.

Make test copies.

Execute auto gradation
correction in user mode.

Make sample copies.

Press the test switch for
the leakage breaker to
make sure that it operates
normally.
After making a check,
turn off the power switch,
and shift the lever to ON;
then, turn on the power
switch.

Press the test switch when the
power switch is at ON and, in
addition, the lever [1] of the
leakage breaker is at ON. If
normal, the lever will shift to
OFF to cut the power. If the
lever does not shift to OFF,
replace the leakage breaker.
(Pay attention to its
orientation during
replacement.) After
replacement, make a check
one again.
