You can save any list using the File menu's
menu also provides the
list. Instructions for saving and opening lists appear later in this chapter.
Selecting Items in Lists
Many Annex Manager commands require you to select Annexes from the
main window's list. To select one or more Annexes:
1.
Create an Annex list.
For instructions, see Creating an Annex List in this chapter.
2.
Click the mouse button on each Annex you want.
You can select as many Annexes as you need. (Some commands
allow you to select only one Annex.) To deselect an Annex, hold
and click on any highlighted item. To display Annex
Ctrl
information, choose
name in the list.
After you create a list, you can use the Setup mode or the Customize
mode's configuration area.
