The PT status control area (PLC to PT) is provided to control the NT11 status
from the PLC. When data is written to this area in the PLC, the NT11 will read
the data and operates according to the data. The PT status control area is
configured as four consecutive words as shown below.

The first word (word n) of the PT status control area must be set with the sup-
port tool.
• Screen switch settings (refer to page 110)
Specify the screen No. to switch the screen displayed on the NT11.
• Copy memory table settings (refer to page 121)
Specify the memory table entry No. to copy the contents of a memory table
entry internally in the NT11.
Set the copy type to match the type of memory table entry to be copied:
0: Character-string memory table
1: Numeral memory table
• PT status control bits (refer to page 129)
Set the bits ON or OFF according to the following table to control the back-
lighting. For the bit configuration, refer to 5-5-1 Controllable NT11 Func-
tions (page 129).
The PT status control area (PLC to PT) can be allocated to the following
PLC areas.
Words can be allocated for the PT status control area (host « PT) in the fol-
lowing host (PLC) areas.
