S14: DC braking does not work

*1. "2nd-motor control [SET]" target parameter. Replace with the 2nd-control parameter if necessary.
Exemplar measures to be taken
Check the settings of DC braking related parameters [A051] to
[A058].
When activating DC braking by input terminal, confirm that
"External DC braking [DB]" is assigned together with the above
setting. Also check the wiring of the [DB] input terminal.
Exemplar measures to be taken
Locate the inverter wires as far as possible from nearby
devices, TVs, radios, etc.
Install a radio noise filter (zero-phase reactor (ZCL)) to the
power input/output of the inverter.
Exemplar measures to be taken
Check that "Frequency input source selection [A001]" and
"RUN command input source selection [A002]
"Option".
Exemplar measures to be taken
Check that there is no disconnection or contact failure at the
communication cable or connection terminal, or that the cable
specification is correct.
