5. No switch is activated and an LED is still out on the control board. You have eliminated a bad cable from the switch
to the control board. Replace the switch assembly. If any of the lights are still off, replace the control board.
6. If no problem has been found in the switch circuit, but one actuator is stuck at either end of travel it will cause an
error since the limit switch will stay actuated. If the actuator motor on one side moves you can try reversing the
actuator power and limit switch cables left for right at the control board. If the side that does not move changes,
replace the control board. If the problem remains on the same side after reversing the cables, replace the actuator
motor.
7. If both actuators will not move, check the fuse on the motor control board. Replacement fuse is part number REX-
2WYC which is a 3.15A, 250V, TIME DELAY, 5.20mm x 20.00mm – (BUSSMANN BK/S506-3.15-R or equivalent).
