Aligning and mounting the dispenser

After you have routed the cables into the cabinet, secure the dispenser to the base area.
Required tools and fasteners
To align and fasten the dispenser, you need the following tools:
• Spirit level
• Torque wrench
• Socket: Hexagon, SW18
The fastening material is not included in the scope of delivery.
We recommend the following fastening material:
• 4 units M12 nuts DIN 934
• 4 units M12 spring washers
• 4 units M12 spring washers DIN 125
• Shims for alignment
Aligning and mounting the dispenser
Use the stud bolts in the prepared base (Page 41) for securing the dispenser.
1. Insert an M12 washer at each of the 4 M12 stud bolts
2. Insert an M12 spring washer at each of the 4 M12 stud bolts
3. Insert an M12 conical spring washer on each of the four M12 stud bolts
4. Screw an M12 nut on each of the 4 M12 stud bolts until the nut has contact to the spring
washer
5. Check the level of the dispenser on all sides with the spirit level.
6. If it is necessary, correct the standing position of the dispenser. To do this, place the shims
between the affected supporting foot and the foundation.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the dispenser stands horizontally measured at all sides.
8. Tighten the M12 nuts on the M12 stud bolts with a torque of 70 Nm.
9. Remove the lifting gear and the 4 crane lugs from the dispenser.
