Temperature monitoring
The DC charging cables have an integrated temperature sensor in the plug. The evaluation of
these values ensures increased protection and secure transfer of the charging power. Correct
and risk-free use is guaranteed.

The CCS2 charging cable for the 400 A boost mode is designed for a rated current of 250 A.
Thanks to the integrated temperature monitoring and adherence to limit values, it can
transfer up to 400 A for short periods. The duration of this increased current transfer depends
on the surrounding conditions, such as ambient temperature, solar radiation, cable length,
and so on.
