Route the flat cable (F) off the flatbed assembly, and then remove.
Note: Pay attention to the routing of the ADF flat cable and of the double‑sided part of the cable.

Remove the ADF assembly. See

Remove the right cover. See
3
Remove the screw (A), and then disconnect the following cables from the controller board:
•
Control panel cable
•
Speaker cable
•
ADF cable
•
ADF scanner cable
•
CIS cable
