Chapter 16 Setting Preferences for Your Handheld
To mask all private records:
From the General Preferences list, select Security.

Tap the Current Privacy pick list, and then select Mask Private Records.

Tap OK to confirm that you want to mask private records.
3.
Tap Done.
4.
To display all private records:
From the General Preferences list, select Security.

Tap the Current Privacy pick list, and then select Show Private Records.
2.
If you do not have a password, hidden and masked records become visible.
If you have a password, the Show Private Records dialog box appears. Enter
your password, and then tap OK.
Tap Done.
3.
To unmask individual records:
Select a masked record.
1.
If you do not have a password, a masked record becomes visible. If you have a
password, the Show Private Records dialog box appears. Go to step 2.
