Using the Phone Link Application to Pair Your The fastest and easiest way to create a link or connection between your handheld and your mobile phone that is enabled with Bluetooth™ technology is to use the Phone Link application on your handheld. What is pairing? Pairing creates a secure communication channel between two devices enabled with Bluetooth technology. -
