MAC Commands
The MAC commands enable you to configure and to display wireless MAC layer
attributes.
The MAC commands are:

mac beacon-interval—sets beacon interval
•
mac dtim-period—sets DTIM period
•
mac frag-threshold—sets fragmentation threshold
•
mac rts-threshold—sets RTS threshold
•
mac show—displays MAC attributes
The syntax for the MAC commands is
mac beacon-interval <num_tu>
mac dtim-period <num_beacon_intervals>
mac frag-threshold <num_octets>
mac rts-threshold <num_bytes>
mac show
where:
num_tu is number of time units. Each TU is 1024 micro-seconds ( s).
num_beacon_intervals is the number of beacon intervals.
num_octets is the number of octets.
num_bytes is the number of bytes.
