• sys ip-on-wport—enables or disables IP processing on wireless port
• sys load-image—upgrades Access Point firmware
• sys name—sets Access Point name
• sys show—displays system attributes
The syntax for the system commands is:
sys essid <ess_id_name>
sys ether-link-mode {10base_2 | 10base_t}
sys gateway <gtw_ip_addr>
sys ip-address <sys_ip_addr> <sys_net_mask>
sys ip-on-wport {enable | disable}
sys load-image <file_name> <tftpd_ip_addr>
sys name <sys_name>
sys show
where:
ess_id_name is the ESS ID for wireless LAN.
gtw_ip_addr is the IP address of the gateway.
sys_ip_addr is the IP address of the access point.
sys_net_mask is the network mask for the access point.
file_name is the access point firmware file name.
tftpd_ip_addr is the IP address of the TFTP server.
sys_name is the name for the access point.
