Using the BayStack 650 Wireless LAN Access Point
After the network drivers have been loaded, users can access a network because
the BayStack 650 Wireless LAN technology is compatible with existing LAN
applications and network operating systems. Users always have network access if:
They are within range of a BayStack 650 Access Point.
The BayStack 650 PC Card in the access point and the BayStack 650 PC Card
in the laptop computer are configured with the same SSID.
The users are on the Access Control List, an optional security feature, of the
access point.
WEP settings are compatible.
