Carefully look for possible hazards in your work area, such as moist floors, ungrounded
power extension cords, and missing safety grounds.
Operate the Junos Pulse Gateway within marked electrical ratings and product usage
instructions.
For the Junos Pulse Gateway and peripheral equipment to function safely and correctly,
use the cables and connectors specified for the attached peripheral equipment, and
make certain they are in good condition.
WARNING:
The Junos Pulse Gateway is intended to be grounded. Ensure that
the Junos Pulse Gateway is connected to earth ground during normal use.
WARNING:
High levels of electrical energy are distributed across the Junos
Pulse Gateway midplane. Be careful not to contact the midplane connectors,
or any component connected to the midplane, with any metallic object while
servicing components installed in the Junos Pulse Gateway.
WARNING:
The Junos Pulse Gateway has more than one power supply
connection. All connections must be removed completely to remove power
from the unit completely.
WARNING:
Before working on the Junos Pulse Gateway or near power
supplies, unplug the power cord from an AC-powered Junos Pulse Gateway;
switch off the power at the circuit breaker on a DC-powered Junos Pulse
Gateway.
WARNING:
The Junos Pulse Gateway is designed to work with TN power
systems.
