A.5 MODBUS TCP
Status byte
A status byte is additionally transmitted in synchronism with each measured value. This byte
provides information on the quality of the value in the form of a "Status code". The status
byte has the following structure:

0x8b The measured value is valid, but is within a warning limit
band.
0xbc The measured value is valid, but the function check is ac-
tive.
For example, measuring mode is active and a user is logged
on.
0xa8 The measured value is valid, but a maintenance demanded
is signaled.
0xa4 The measured value is valid, but a maintenance demanded
is signaled.
0x80 The measurement is valid (normal measuring mode).
