Assigning / changing personal identification numbers (PIN)
Procedure
1. Main menu > "5. Security" > "1. Access management"
The parameter display includes parameter boxes that you use to specify the PINs of the
permission levels.
2. Assign/change passwords:
The table below summarizes the assignment/change options:
1)
– Select the required permission level.
– Open the parameter box.
– Enter new four-digit password in the "PIN" editing window. A PIN must have 4 digits.

Automatic log-off

Factory setting
The "Automatic log-off" function is activated in the factory. The default time is 5 minutes. If
required, disable the function or set a different value for the time.

Permission level
Parameter boxes that require a higher permission level are locked.
Authorize access by input of the corresponding PIN.
Use the following PIN for the corresponding permission levels during initial
commissioning: Standard: 1111, Expert: 2222.
The editing window is closed after the input.
