Record any POST error messages displayed on the screen and front panel display
messages.
Check the system event log (see "Using the SEL Viewer utility" on page 100). If
an error was recorded by the system, see "Symptom-to-FRU index" on page 227.
Start the Diagnostic Programs. See "Diagnostics" on page 15 .
Check all cable connections.
Reseat:

Boards
Escalate following normal procedures.
