Checking the pivot points of the camshafts

Check the camshafts for damage and wear.
If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the camshafts.
If the surface of the cams is damaged, check the oil
supply to the camshaft and cam lever.

If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the cylinder head with the camshaft bearing
bridge.

✓ The valves are not activated.
Insert the Plastigauge
