Remove the piston ring from the piston.

Place the piston ring in the cylinder and align with the piston.

If the end gap is greater than the specified measurement:

Check/measure the cylinder.
If cylinder wear lies within the specified tolerance:

Replace the piston ring.

Mount the piston ring with the marking facing toward the piston head.

Check the camshaft for damage and wear.
If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the camshaft.
-
If the surface of the cams is damaged, check the oil supply to the
camshaft and cam lever.
-
Check the autodecompressor Qfor damage and wear.
If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the exhaust camshaft.

Take off bleeder plate@.

Remove 0-ring (D.
-
Check the parts of the bleeder and replace if necessary.

Mount the new 0-ring.
