Occupant safety
Front passenger airbag disabled
1 Adjust the seat cushion inclination so that the front
edge of the seat cushion is in the highest position and
the rear edge of the seat cushion is in the lowest posi‐
tion.
2 The vehicle is equipped with automatic front
passenger airbag shutoff. The PASSENGER AIR BAG
OFF indicator lamp must be lit.

U Suitable for child restraint systems of the "Univer‐
sal" category in this weight category.
L Suitable for semi-universal child restraint systems
according to the table in "Recommended child
restraint systems", or if the vehicle and the seat are

When fitting a belt-secured child restraint
system, observe the following:
O Always comply with the manufacturer's
installation and operating instructions for
the child restraint system used.
O For a child restraint system in the "Univer‐
sal" or "Semi-Universal" category, make
sure that the system has been approved for
the vehicle seat.

seats for attaching belt-secured child
