2-6-1. Fine Adjustment in the Z direction

After assembling all display units, check the array.
If there is any display unit with conspicuous joint level difference in the Z direction, make the fine adjust-
ment in the Z direction.
n The fine adjustment can be made only in the Z direction. It cannot be done in the X direction
and Y direction. If there is any conspicuous joint in the X direction or Y direction, correct the
deviation with color adjustment.
1. Insert the eccentric pin (short) into the display unit to be finely adjusted. Insert the hexagon wrench
into the eccentric pin (short).
. When the joint is conspicuous in the vertical direction, insert the eccentric pin (short) into 1.
. When the joint is conspicuous in the horizontal direction, insert the eccentric pin (short) into 2.
. Insert the eccentric pins (short) vertically all the way to the end.
. If you have difficulty in inserting the eccentric pins (short) into the Z adjusting holes, slightly rotate
the eccentric pins (short) to find the position into which they can be inserted.
