(5) Start the monitor of unit alignment tool.
For details on the operation procedure of the monitor, refer to the document supplied with the
unit alignment tool.
(6) Select the display unit to be set on the monitor.
The selected block is displayed in orange.
5. Align the display unit in the Z direction.
(1) Switch the monitor screen of the unit alignment tool to the Z direction adjusting screen. ([Z]
button)
(2) Insert the eccentric pins (short) into the two Z adjusting holes. Insert the hexagon wrench into the
eccentric pins (short).
. Insert the eccentric pins (short) vertically all the way to the end.
. If you have difficulty in inserting the eccentric pins (short) into the Z adjusting holes, slightly
rotate the eccentric pins (short) to find the position into which they can be inserted.
