8/10 Switchers are shipped from the Extron factory configured for the specific projector brand

. the projector configuration, use the following guide.
Switcher Configuration
Switcher configuration is selectable by internal switch settings on the communications board. To verify
or to select Ampro configuration, do this:
Step I:
Turn the switcher off; disconnect power cord.
Remove six No.6 Phillips head machine screws located at both sides of the top cover;
remove top cover.
Hint
Grasp both sides of the top cover and pull sides outward to "bow" the
top slightly to release tension, then lift straight up away from switcher.
See Fig 6-5. Locate the projector RS-232 communications board. Set switches and
jumpers as,listed in Table 6-2.
