Am p ro Projector Address
Switcher Address
The Arupro projector has three hexadecimal rotary switches located on the CPU module, which can be
accessed by removing the projector top cover. The switches are marked Sl, S2, and S3. The switch nearest
rear panel (S 1) and the center switch (S2) are used to assign a projector address to each projector installed
in'i multi-projector installation. Use the following table to set the projector address.

To set these switches, do this;
Ste .p 1:
Turn the switcher off; disconnect power cord.
·step 2:
Remove six No.6 Phillips head machine screws located at both sides of the top cover;
remove top cover.
Step 3:
See Fig 6-11. Locate the projector RS-232 communications board. Set switches SW 4 and
SW5 to match the number of the projector the switcher is being connected to, refer to
Table 6-5.
Step 4:
Reinstall System 8/ 10 top cover; reinstall and tighten six No.6 Phillips head machine
screws.
Step 5:
Configure each of the System 8/10 switchers as a Primary switcher by setting the address
switch of each switcher as shown in Fig 6-4, page 6-3.

Grasp both sides of the top cover and pull sides outward to "bow" the
top slightly to release tension, then lift straight up away from switcher.
