<Air-driven type>
While the trigger input is ON, this function checks if the spindle has retracted fully or [the normal
measured value (NORM.V) is over the HIGH set value].
If the normal value does not exceed the HIGH set value even once while the trigger input is ON,
an alarm occurs.
You can change the settings so that an alarm does not occur.
Judgment value (JUDGE.V)

This function can only be used when the measurement mode is set to a mode that has external
trigger input enabled in "5-3-1 Hold Setting".
