9. OTHER SETTINGS
[3 Range Ring Interval]: Sets the range ring interval, among 1/2R, 1/4R, and Auto.
- [1/2R]: Range ring is displayed at a distance of 1/2 of the detection range.
- [1/4R]: Range ring is displayed at a distance of 1/4 of the detection range.
- [Auto]: The number of range rings changes from three to five depending on the de-
tection range. For example, when the detection range is 500 m, five range rings will
appear with 100 m between each ring.
[4 Bearing Scale]: Sets the size of the bearing scale, normal or large.
[5 Own Ship's Track Plot]: Sets the amount of track to display, 5R, 10R, 20R, 40R
(R = Range).

[Mark & Data] menu
The [Mark & Data] menu turns character information on or off. To show this menu,
open the [Mark & Operation Support Tool] menu, then select [4 Mark & Data].
[1 Range/Bearing Display]: Turns the range and bearing data on or off.
[2 Cursor Position]: Turns the cursor position (latitude and longitude) display on or
off. If position data is lost, the cursor position indication becomes red.
Note: [2 Cursor Position] and [5 LAT/LON] in the [Installation] menu ([9 Installa-
tion]→[6 External Data]→[5 LAT/LON]) must be turned on to show cursor position.
[3 Event Mark Display]: Selects how to display event mark data. The choices are [32
CMPS] (32 compass points), [360°True] (True bearing), [360°] (360° Relative), or
[±180°] (180° Relative).
[4 Mark Display Style]: Selects how to display marks other than the event mark. The
choices are [32 CMPS] (32 compass points), [360°True] (True bearing), [360°] (360°
Relative), or [±180°] (180° Relative).
[5 Course Display]: Selects how to display course. The choices are [32 CMPS] (32
compass points), [360°True] (True bearing), [360°] (360° Relative), or [±180°] (180°
Relative).
