Viewing component states

View the state of a component to determine the general condition of the component, including
whether the component is disabled or off duty. The state of a component appears in the
Maintenance section of the Maintenance page.

Component states

You can determine the state of a component by looking at the State box in the Maintenance
section.

The component is working but not currently involved in processing
a call.
A diagnostic is running on the resource or device.
The component started, which takes it out of the Off Duty state.
This state occurs quickly and is immediately followed by Idle.
The hardware required for the component to operate is not installed
or is not operating properly.
The device is not configured in CallPilot.
