The specified tray has run out of
paper of the specified size.
Note: When tray switching is
enabled and the specified paper size
is available a secondary input tray,
the secondary tray is used and this
message does not display.
The manual feed tray has run out of
paper of the specified size.
The print job does not require the
use of the manual feed tray, but the
tray is open.
The print job requires the use of the
manual feed tray.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Action
Fill the specified tray with paper of
the specified size. When the tray is
full, printing resumes automatically.
Press the [Continue] button to
continue printing without filling the
specified tray with paper of the
specified size. When tray switching
is enabled, paper of an incorrect
size is used from a secondary tray.
When tray switching is not enabled,
the error displays again.
Press the [Reset] button to cancel
the print job.
Note: When tray switching is not
enabled, you can fill the specified
tray with an incorrect paper size
and press the [Continue] button to
continue printing.
Fill the manual feed tray with paper
of the specified size. When the tray
is full, printing
automatically.
Press the [Reset] button to cancel
the print job.
Close the manual
Printing does not continue until the
manual feed tray is closed.
Open the manual feed tray. When
the bypass tray is not opened within
the time specified (the default is 300
seconds, which is five minutes), the
print job is cancelled and the next
job begins printing.
