supported in both the Avaya Aura

Specifies the RTP payload type that is used for the
OPUS codec. The range is from 96 to 127.
This parameter is used when media offer is sent to
the far end in INVITE or 200 OK when INVITE
with no SDP is received.

The bandwidth is measured in kilobits per second
