Assigning a destination from the phone book to keys

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm entry.
Scroll to the Keys menu item.
Confirm entry.
Scroll to the Set destination keys menu item.
Confirm entry.
Confirm
Set new destination.
Scroll to the Copy phone book entry menu item.
Confirm entry.
Scroll to the desired entry, e.g. Monica 0069123456.
Confirm entry. The name and call number are displayed and can be edited as required.
Scroll to the Assign destination menu item.
Confirm entry.
Press the key to which you want to assign a new destination. You can now see which
function or call number was previously assigned to the key.
Scroll to the Save entry menu item.
Confirm with
• You can also directly press an unassigned key in idle mode. You can then enter imme-
diately the call number you want to store there.
• To go to the desired entry more quickly, you can also enter one or more of the first letters
of the name.
