Press the "Menu" function key.

In order to be able to receive VIP messages, set the menu item "Receive VIP functions" to.
• "All callers" if you want VIP functions to be possible for all subscribers,
• "Authorized users" if you want VIP functions only to be available to subscribers determi-
ned in the "Set VIP partner" menu.

Scroll to the Set VIP partner menu item.
Confirm entry.
Scroll to the Entry phone book or Key assignment entry menu item.
Confirm entry.
Scroll to the entry for the executive telephone.
