Registering a CTI application*

In order to control your telephone using a CTI application (e.g. Avaya Com4Tel), the CTI appli-
cation must first be registered:
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to theSettings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theIP settings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theSecurity menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theCTI application menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theLogin mode menu item.
Confirm your selection.
... Enter PIN
Confirm the input. Login mode is now activated for one minute. You must start the CTI
application (e.g. Avaya Com4Tel) on the PC during this time. After successful registration,
login mode is immediately ended and the message " CTI application registered" is displayed.
• This feature is not enabled by default. Please contact your system administrator if you
have any questions.
• If you wish to register a CTI application on a different PC on your telephone, you must
first select "CTI log out" from the "CTI application" menu and enter the PIN. You can then
register the CTI application on the other PC under "Login mode" (proceed as above).
