Setting acoustics, contrast and language

You can modify various acoustic settings and the display contrast to suit your requirements.
The language for the display texts can be changed at any time. The languages available are
English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Dutch.

Set acoustics

Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to theSettings menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theDisplay / Acoustics menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to theSet acoustics menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Scroll to the desired menu item, for example Ringing tone.
Increase or reduce volume. New ring settings are sounded immediately so you can
check them.
Confirm the input. The new setting is saved.
• You can access the acoustics menu directly from your telephone's basic state using the
keys and
• You can change the individual settings during a call using the
