Function keys

Function keys

Look it up if you do not know what a function name such as 'talk list' means. This alphabetical
list contains the functions which you can assign to programmable function keys.
Log out user
These functions can be assigned a function key in order to speed up log in / out. If a user is log-
ged in, then the key has the function: Log out user. If no user is logged in, then the key has the
function: Log in new user
Anonymous call
You can configure your call number so that it is not shown to the opposite party.
Call diversion
You can divert calls to other telephones within your system.
Call list
The call list contains all calls which you have not answered.
Call list
You can access the call list (this contains all calls which you have received and the entries in the
redial list).
Call number display Local
Deactivate displaying the other party's phone number on your display during a call. The phone
number is not entered in the redial list or in the call list.
Callback
You can have calls returned automatically within your telephone system when a busy line beco-
mes free.
Central phone book*
The central phone book is a call number memory in your telephone system. You can find and
dial call numbers here in the same way as with your own telephone. Searching for a phone
number in the central phone book can be made easier by assigning the search function to a
function key.
Charges
You can view a list of the telephone costs incurred.
Code dialling
This function can be used to dial call numbers which are stored in the system - regardless of
your authorisation. When you enter the code dial number, the full phone number is dialled auto-
matically. You can dial other digits as a suffix in addition to the code dial number (e.g. an exten-
sion number).
Conference
Speak with two people simultaneously.
CSTA Answer Call
The telephone can automatically accept a CTSA Answer Call via the handsfree key or a head-
set.
Cut-in*
If you want to speak to someone while he is still on a call, you can cut into the call. This function
must be enabled in the system.
