Setting up VIP functions
Switch it to (Authorized) .

Scroll to the Set VIP partner menu item.

• If you select (on) instead of announcm., only the VIP ring tone is heard on the secre-
tary phone when the secretary phone is called by the executive phone.

In order to be able to receive VIP messages, set the menu item "Receive VIP functions" to
• "All callers" if you want VIP functions to be possible for all subscribers,
• "Authorized users" if you want VIP functions only to be available to subscribers determi-
ned in the "Set VIP partner" menu.
