Making calls as usual
Diverting calls

Enter your PIN, e.g. 1234.
Set up, change or deactivate the call diversion now:
Setting up or changing a call diversion:
Enter codes for "Activate follow-me", e.g. star, 14.
to which you want to divert calls, e.g. 00897543. As confirmation, an acknowledgement tone
sounds after a short time.
Deactivating a call diversion:
Enter the code for "deactivate follow-me", e.g. hash, 14.
• "Changing a call diversion from a distant phone" must be enabled by your system admi-
nistrator. Your system administrator will also tell you the source discrimination code and
whether a PIN is required.
• In some cases, you can only set up the call diversion from certain pre-set telephones.
Your system administrator will provide with the corresponding information.

Delayed call diversion*

By granting appropriate authorisation, your system administrator can allow users to activate
call diversion at a certain time and then deactivate this call diversion at a later point in time.
Two destination numbers with different time slots can be programmed.
The Call diversion menu receives the following extra menu items:
• Automatic 1
• Automatic 2
• Set automatic call diversion
• Authorisation is granted by your system administrator.
• Automatic call diversion can override a call diversion that was set up manually. The sta-
tus of the manual call diversion is indicated by an hourglass. Once the automatic call
diversion has finished, the manual call diversion becomes active again.

• If a call diversion with a time slot that contains the current time is switched off, then call
diversion is deactivated immediately.
• An automatic call diversion is controlled by times and weekdays.
• "Call diversion on busy", "Delayed call diversion" and "Double Call" cannot be controlled
using time slots.
