Information in the idle display

The idle display provides important information on the status of your telephone (e.g. call diver-
sion to 1234). The idle display always appears after one minute if you are not speaking and do
not press any key.
Delayed intl DIV xxxx
Internal calls are diverted to another telephone after a specified period of time.
Anonymous call
Your opposite party cannot see your call number or your name on their display.
Call diversions enabled
Call diversions have been set up for several of your call numbers.
Call list
Someone has tried to call you in your absence or while you were on the telephone. You can
view the corresponding information.
Callback enabled
You have initiated an auto callback. Your telephone will ring as soon as the called line is free
again.
D/GB/F/E/I/NL/TR
Select this line to set the language of display texts. This message is only displayed when com-
missioning your telephone for the first time. After this, you can specify the language using the
menu.
Data download failure
Your user data could not be loaded. Please refer to your system administrator if you have any
questions.
Data upload failure
Your user data could not be loaded. Please refer to your system administrator if you have any
questions.

External calls are diverted to another telephone after a specified period of time.
DIV on busy to xxxx
If you are making a call, all calls are diverted to another telephone.
DIV to xxxx
All calls to your telephone are diverted to another telephone.
Double call to 5595
If you are called, the call is also signalled on the line specified, e.g. on 5595.
Gatekeeper offline
No gatekeeper was found and the search was stopped. Restart the search by selecting this
menu item and pressing "OK". Please refer to your system administrator if you have any questi-
ons.
Handsfree Answer Back on
Handsfree answer-back is activated. Your telephone is configured so that calls are answered
immediately. If there is a call, you only hear a short signal tone and, at the same time, your tele-
phone's microphone and loudspeaker are activated. You can therefore speak to the caller
straight away.
