If error 1 (short-circuit between +24V and D) is detected on the main line of the
S-LINK V system, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
If error 2 (short-circuit between D and G) is detected on the main line of the
S-LINK V system, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
If an I/O unit has a problem or disconnected, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
If an unrecognized unit is added, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
If an output terminal of an output unit is shorted, or if I/O device driving power
is stopped, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
If system setting operation is not performed properly, set this bit to "ON (=1)".
