Clears the VLAN Membership Policy Server (VMPS) statistics
maintained by the VQP client.
Changes the reconfirmation interval for the VQP client.
Configures the per-server retry count for the VLAN Query Protocol
(VQP) client.
Configures the primary VLAN Membership Policy Server (VMPS) and
up to three secondary servers.
