INSTALLING THE TELEPHONE JACK COVER

If you do not connect the external telephone,
insert the cover to the 'Tel' jack.
Caution: Once you have installed the cover,
you cannot remove it. If you cover the
incorrect jack, you will not be able to
connect your machine to the line. The
correct jack is the UPPER jack.

INSTALLING OPTIONAL FEATURE EXPANDER

Switch off the power before you install the optional feature expander.
1. Remove the cover on the left side of the
machine.
2. Insert the memory card with the printed
face up.
Make sure that the machine and card
contacts touch.
3. Replace the cover. Then switch on the
power.
