IGNITION SYSTEM
TIP
• When the T.O.R.S. is activated, the warning
light and self-diagnosis warning indicator
will flash and the two-digit code "84"
flash in the clock display.
• The T.O.R.S. monitors the condition of the
throttle switch, throttle position sensor, speed-
ometer unit, and speed sensor, and will oper-
ate if any of the monitored items is
disconnected or malfunctioning.

ENGINE STOP SWITCH

1. Disconnect:
• Engine stop switch coupler
RS90GTZ/RS90LTGTZ
RST90GTZ
2. Connect:
• Analog pocket tester (pocket tester)
(to the engine stop switch coupler)
3. Inspect:
• Engine stop switch continuity
Faulty → Replace the right handlebar
switch.
