PRIMARY SHEAVE AND DRIVE V-BELT
5. Inspect:
• Weight
• Roller
• Bushings
• Sliders
• Rivets
• Slider damper
• Collar
Wear/scratches/damage → Replace.
Slider inside clearance
Min. 0 mm (0 in)
Max. 0.3 mm (0.0118 in)
Rivet replacement steps:
• Remove old rivet with the appropriate drill.
• Insert the rivet
• Press or peen the rivet head so that the
diameter of the rivet head measures 8.2
mm (0.32 in) or larger.
6. Measure:
• Bushing inside diameter
Out of specification → Replace as a set.
Bushing inside diameter:
Roller
New: 9.185 mm (0.362 in)
Wear limit: 9.3 mm (0.366 in)
Weight
New: 8.175 mm (0.322 in)
Wear limit: 8.3 mm (0.327 in)
