STEERING
2. Install:
• Idler arm
• Bushings
• Washers
• Relay rod
NOTICE
Always use new cotter pins.
TIP
Install the idler arm with the "R" mark
right side facing towards the rear of the snow-
mobile.
Idler arm nut:
35 Nm (3.5 m•kgf, 25 ft•lbf)
Relay arm-relay rod nut:
30 Nm (3.0 m•kgf, 22 ft•lbf)
3. Install:
• Tie rod
• Locknuts
• Joints

4. Install:
• Tie rods
TIP
Make sure that the indentation
rod faces out.
NOTICE
• After tightening the inside and outside ball
joint locknut
can be rotated freely through the ball joint
travel. If not, loosen the locknut
position the ball joint so that the tie rod
can be rotated freely.
Tighten the locknut to specification.
• Always use new cotter pins.
