CABLE ROUTING
Air filter case latch
Route the coolant reservoir
breather hose behind the
engine and front of the heat
exchanger.
Pass the plastic band through
the hole in the frame, and then
fasten the coolant reservoir
breather hose at the white paint
mark. Install the plastic band
with the buckle facing outward
and the end pointing forward.
To tail/brake light
Fasten the right heat exchanger
inlet hose with the holder, mak-
ing sure that the catch of the
holder is facing outward.
Route the wire harness outside
of the fuel tank right side cover.
Fasten the wire harness with
the holder.

After bending the fuel tank
breather hose, fasten the hose
protector near the frame cross
member. Route the fuel tank
breather hose behind the frame
cross member as shown in the
illustration.

hose behind the frame cross

Gear position switch lead
Coolant reservoir
Brake hose
Parking brake cable
Fasten the coolant reservoir
breather hose and front heat
exchanger air bleed hose with
the holder.
Fasten the parking brake cable
with the holder, and then bend
the holder 90° downward.
Route the starter motor lead
inner side of the oil cooler outlet
hose.
Fasten the DC back buzzer lead
and load control relay lead to
the frame with the plastic band,
making sure that there is no
slack in the leads. Point the end
of the plastic band to outside of
the snowmobile.
