With the float valve sealed and the float arm just
touching the valve, measure the float level with the
special tool as shown.
FLOAT LEVEL: 10.7 mm (0.42 in)
TOOL:
(11 Carburetorfloal level gauge 07401-0010000
The floallevel cannot be adjusted ,
Replace the float assembly if the float level is oul of
specification.
Install a new O-ring 11) into the float chamber groove.
Inslall the float chamber [2) onlo the carburetor body.
Inslall the two float chamber screws 11] and lighten

them to the specified torque.
TORQUE :2.1 N'm (0.21 kgf'm, 1.5IbHt)
Connect the drain hose I21
THROTTLE VALVE
Instan the jet needle [1] into the throttle valve (2] and

secure it with a jet needle retainer [3) as shown.
